It's ok to like mundain sandwiches
Today I popped into town, and while there decided to grab myself a meal deal for lunch. I did see some fancy/interesting sandwiches I liked the look of, but I was hankering for a simpler sandwich today and so ended up going for a prawn mayo.
A lot of the time it's seen as a crime to go for what's deemed to be a dull sandwich when there's a world of sandwiches out there, but sometimes the only thing that will hit the spot is a ham and cheese, or an egg mayo, and that's ok.
No it's not groundbreaking, and no you won't get people clapping you for being brave enough to say hey, I like a boring sandwich and I don't care who knows it. You will however enjoy your lunch, happy in the knowledge that you didn't get the new limited edition fad sandwich that was in no way appealing to you just to try and get internet approval, so enjoy that tuna and sweetcorn sandwich with pride
